Jolo Toussaint, also known as the Demon Emperor of Annihilation or the God-Emperor of Mankind, is the main protagonist of the Misfitverse. An immortal and nigh-invincible human, Jolo is considered to be a godlike being by the very mortals who inhabit his ethereal kingdom. However, Jolo was not always an all-powerful being. Originally, Jolo was an average human who was born with average skills and abilities. One day, he was killed by a truck and was reincarnated by the Goddess of Creation and Order, Genesis; who then remade Jolo into the powerful man he is today, earning his eternal loyalty.
While he is loved and revered by others, some loathe him and consider him a demon and a tyrant for taking over the entire galaxy and putting it under his thumb, which isn't really far from the truth. Despite being an all-powerful human being, he was just that, a human. Humans are inherently greedy and selfish creatures, and Jolo is the most greedy and selfish out of all of them.
